Anytime you or a friend feels disoriented and out of touch with your body, brew a nice cup of Grounded Warrior Tea with some milk and honey. Feel sturdy in your being, enabling you to make healthy decisions and move forward to accomplish what you need in this realm.
Brewing Instructions: Shake container before each use. Bring fresh water to a boil, place 1-2 tsp. loose leaf tea in a pot or mesh tea ball. Pour hot water into pot or into the cup with the ball. Let steep for 3-5 minutes.
